The natural world is full of magic and mystery. Have you ever held salamander eggs in your hand or had a butterfly land on your shoulder? We’ll look into pitcher plants to see what they’ve been eating and we will see how many mummichogs we can catch in one scoop of the bucket on the salt marsh. Let’s go together and explore those places in Cumberland County that can change your life in an instant.
Every Saturday, from May to October, we will meet at the Fundy Geological Museum in Parrsboro at 10:00am and venture out from there by car caravan for a 1.5 to 3 hour excursion (depending on the distance to our field site). You must provide your own transportation to the field site.
Sunday will be our rain date.
